GUIDED WINERY TOUR AND WINE TASTING
Every Monday from 5 p.m. until 7 p.m. we offer our guests a guided tour of our vineyard and cellar followed by a wine tasting.
In 1981 we converted our hay barn into a holiday house. 40 years later, we are delighted to inaugurate our new infinity pool and invite you to celebrate this occasion with us.
Bright and dreamy, the Natur rooms feature hardwood floors and solid furniture made of stone pine and oak wood. The standard equipment includes a safe, satellite TV and a small fridge for refreshment. The balconies afford a fabulous view of the Leuchtenburg ruins and surrounding vineyards.
Situated on the ground floor, our new Lavendel room has a private terrace overlooking the garden. It features solid Swiss pine and oak wood furnishings for a restful sleep, as well as a pull-out sofa bed – the ideal choice for families.

Wide terraces and expansive lawns are perfect for sitting back, playing and basking in the sun. If you feel like taking a refreshing dip, the Kalterer lake is just a 10-minute walk from here, with opportunities for boating, wind-surfing, swimming and pleasantly whiling the day away. The fresh, clear lake water shimmering in the golden sunlight is just what it takes for a perfectly relaxing holiday.
The lake town of Kaltern enjoys a Mediterranean climate, where spring comes as early as the beginning of March, while other areas are still deep in their wintry slumber. Start off from Kreithof and explore the blossoming valley on foot or by bike, immersing yourself in the scents of spring!
Rates
All rates are quoted per person per day. Accommodation, breakfast, bed linen, heating, water, electricity, cleaning and all taxes and charges are included excepting the local tourist tax. The tourist tax is charged at the rates stipulated by the local council at the time of your stay (Since July 2017: €1.20 per person per day from 14 years old and over).
Discounts
Children stay free of charge until their second birthday. Rates are discounted by 70% for children up to 5 years old, by 50% for children up to 10 years old, and by 30% for children up to 15 years old (when staying in parents’ room).
Payment
You can pay by MasterCard, VISA or in cash.
Check in and check out
Your room will be ready from 1 p.m. on your day of arrival. Please vacate your room by 10 a.m. on your day of departure. Please inform us if you expect to check in after 6 p.m.
Cancellation
We try to find the best solution for all concerned and, whenever possible, do not charge a cancellation fee. Please let us know in good time if you have to cancel your holiday. However, in the case of short-term cancellations we have no choice but to claim compensation in compliance with Italian Contract law (Art. 1218 of the Italian Civil Code). If you need to cancel your booking, please inform us promptly.
Data protection
In accordance with Italian Legislative Decree Nr. 196/2003, we inform you that your personal data will be used and saved exclusively for the purposes of processing your request and will not be shared with or distributed to third parties. Concerning data processing, the interested party may exercise all rights under article 7 of Italian legislative decree 196/2003. The rights holder is Georg Nicolussi-Leck.
